The February 2024 Visa Bulletin has been released by the Department of State and our team at Garvish Immigration Law Group has summarized the important changes and noteworthy items.

In the February update, the Dates for Filing Chart maintain their consistency from the previous month. However, noteworthy changes are observed in the Final Action Dates Chart, particularly in certain employment-based preference categories. EB-1 worldwide continues to maintain its current status, while EB-2 Worldwide experiences a two-week advancement to November 15, 2022. In the EB-3 Professional and Skilled Workers category, India progresses by one month to July 1, 2012, and the rest of the world advances by one month to September 1, 2022. Additionally, EB-5 India sees a one-week advancement to December 15, 2015, while the rest of the world remains current.

Shifting focus to family-sponsored categories, the Final Action Dates for F2A Worldwide, F2A China, F2A India, and F2A Philippines showcase substantial progress, moving more than 3 months ahead to February 8, 2020. F2A Mexico also advances to February 1, 2020. Meanwhile, the February Dates for Filing remain unchanged from the previous month.
