Are you an entrepreneur aiming to grow your business in the United States and secure a green card for your future? If so, consider the L-1A and EB-1C petitions as viable immigration options.

Our law firm has been assisting entrepreneurs with these petitions, helping them develop their businesses while securing green cards for their entire families.

In 2021, we successfully obtained approval for our client’s L-1A new office petition. By the end of 2023, we proceeded to file green card applications for the entire family. Remarkably, their entire family’s green card applications were approved within just 5 months.

Our clients are overjoyed, and we share in their happiness, as this case marks not only the attainment of green cards but also signifies three years of witnessing our clients’ business growth and their relentless efforts to create a better life for their family in the United States.

In 2021, we initiated the L-1A New Office petition, which prompted a request for evidence (RFE) from USCIS. The RFE, spanning 12 pages, delved into various aspects such as the beneficiary’s job duties, start and end dates in the overseas company, and future business plans. We meticulously addressed each point in our comprehensive 14-page RFE response(the whole RFE response package was 505 pages long), leading to the approval of the L-1A New Office petition shortly thereafter.

A year later, in 2022, we filed the L-1A extension petition, which sailed through approval without any further RFEs. In the midst of 2023, we proceeded to file the EB-1C petition for the beneficiary. Remarkably, the EB-1C petition was approved swiftly through premium processing, without encountering pushback from USCIS.

We were overjoyed when, finally, in March 2024, the green cards for the entire family were approved. Upon receiving the email notification from USCIS, I couldn’t wait to share the news and immediately called them, despite it being in the middle of the night. The emotional conversation that ensued, with both the clients and myself shedding tears of happiness, was a testament to the journey we had undertaken together over the past three years. Witnessing their American dream come true was truly a moment to cherish.

If you’re an entrepreneur with a strong desire to secure a green card in the United States, opting for the combined route of L-1A and EB-1C petitions could offer distinct advantages over the EB-5 program. This alternative may provide a faster and potentially less risky pathway to achieving your immigration goals.
